The living room offers a comfortable couch with a smart 60inch TV. For those not interested in electronics, a separate sitting area affords room to enjoy one of the many board games provided . The dining room table, set up for 4 when you walk in, can easily be expanded adding an existing leaf to hold more friends or family! More seating is readily available. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, it adds a soda stream, nutra-bullet, separate tea kettle and a multi-style coffee maker for anyone’s particularities. Off the dining- living area, the side door draws you to a completely enclosed private backyard. There you will find a 4 person hot-tub to make relaxing a joy, and plenty of seating to enjoy the outside space. The yard is fully fenced in safe for your fur-babies to roam around. The half bath and laundry room are towards the back hall. Just past that is the door for a standard size garage available to park your vehicle or toys. the garage also boasts an EV charger for those with electric vehicle charging needs. Up the stairs is your separate sleeping areas. The main bedroom features a King size bed, Smart TV, private bath with soaking tub, large walk-in closet with coffee bar and a private deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine to close the night. The second bedroom offers a smart TV, queen bed and a corner nook with desk, chair and printer for those needing dedicated work space The third and finale bedroom has a Smart TV, a bunk bed designed for adults or kids being a full bed on the bottom and twin on top. Down the hall sits a large bathroom with shower/tub combo and 2 separate sinks. This home offers plenty of room for 2 families or 6 independent adults. Families with children can enjoy a Rolling Baby Bedside Sleeper w/Diaper Changing Table & Storage Bag, that can convert to a playpen, a mobile baby monitor and a high chair with plenty of children’s utensils in the kitchen.

the home is located a short 3 minute drive or 15 min walk to hellgate jet boat excursions, Rogue rostaries, Greenwood dog park, Rhinehart and Tussing Parks walking trails where dogs are allowed and the picturesque GP downtown. the downtown offers many quaint stores and shops and many restaurants and eateries for all types of eaters. Many of these restaurants offer gluten-free options and easily cater to other dietary requirements. Arrowhead River adventures does rafting kayaking and fishing excursions for your enjoyment. The Rogue River is easily floatable and there are many spots to park and enter the river within the town and a 10 min drive between parking spots can easily give you 2 hours of float time for your enjoyment. Dont miss cathedral Hills which offers trails for different levels of hiking, even with your dog. Dutcher Creek Golf course is a forgiving course to enjoy with friends or even your kids. We are 40 minutes from the Oregon Caves and a gorgeous 1.5 hr drive to the California Redwoods with tons of easy trails to enjoy.
